The company has a strong reputation for representing client oil and gas companies in asset transactions, both in a vendor and purchaser capacity, managing Farm-outs, Farm-ins and full asset disposals.

Simco also provides support services for the management of oil & gas licences and assists clients in the formulation and execution of their business strategies to establish and grow their licence portfolios.
