2011	INDONESIA			Simco was retained by Transworld Surway Exploration Ltd to market a farmout of Transworld's Seruway PSC offshore Sumatra, or alternatively to achieve a sale of the company. Simco made initial presentations to interested companies both in London and internationally by WebEx. Thereafter companies were required to attend the formal data room in Jakarta. MEO acquired the entire share capital of Transworld Seruway Exploration Ltd.

	SIERRA LEONE			Following resolution of arbitration proceedings on Block SL-5, Simco arranged and negotiated for the farm-out of a 70% interest in the block to a Lukoil and Vanco combine. Lukoil had attended the dataroom in 2010.

	EQUATORIAL GUINEA			Simco introduced White Rose Energy Ventures (Equatorial Guinea) Limited to Roc Oil and arranged for White Rose to acquire an interest in Block H from Roc Oil and to take over the technical operatorship of the PSC. ROC agreed to farm down its interest from 37.5% to 20.0% for an upfront payment of US$0.9 million and a free carry through the drilling of an exploration well. But White Rose also has the option to acquire ROC's remaining interest in Block H for US$16.1 million prior to the spud of the exploration well. Additional bonuses will be subject to the success of the well.

	EQUATORIAL GUINEA			Simco hosted the London based data rooms and made technical presentations to companies interested in participating in Block H. Simco advised Atlas on the terms of their divestment of a 31.25% interest in the block to White Rose whilst retaining a 25% carried interest.

	CONGO BRAZAVILLE	Adeco Exploration Ltd	Confidential	Simco was retained by Adeco to identify a suitable oil company partner with whom to form a bidding group for upcoming licensing round. Simco advised on the bidding agreement and a related project finacing agreement.

	SOUTH AFRICA			Simco hosted a London based dataroom and made technical presentations on Thombo's offshore Block 2B. Afren have taken up a 25% farm-in interest for the 3D seismic phase.

	MADAGASCAR			Simco introduced Crown to the opportunity and advised on their acquisition of the entire share capital of Mocoh's subsidiary company Amicoh Resources Ltd. Amicoh has a 100% interest in the onshore Manja license.

2010	SIERRA LEONE			Following 3D surveys over Oranto’s block SL-5, Simco integrated the results of the survey from the various detailed interpretative and AVO studies, and hosted the London data room, with 15 companies attending. The project was then suspended pending resolution of a dispute with the Sierra Leone authorities on license boundary issues.

	LIBERIA			Simco hosted the London based data room and made the technical presentations for Oranto’s three licenses in Liberia LB-11, LB-12 and LB-14. Two of the blocks had recent 3D coverage and detailed AVO and other interpretative studies commissioned by Oranto. The farminee took a 70% interest in each of the blocks.

	WEST AFRICA	UK plc Oil Company	Confidential	Provided an in depth analysis of the West African exploration portfolio of an established private oil exploration company, to assess possible farm in or acquisition possibilities.

	SIERRA LEONE		N/A	Prontinal retained Simco to support them in the marketing campaign to farm out part of their working interest in the SL 4 exploration block offshore Sierra Leone. Simco contacted and arranged for a number of companies to sign confidentiality agreements and visit Prontinal’s data room facility.

2007	EQUATORIAL GUINEA			Client asked Simco to market a stake in the Block I PSC for farm-out. Simco conducted a data room exercise. leading to the identification of an interested party. Assisted client in the negotiations of the farm-out agreement for a 25% interest.

	UK CONTINENTAL SHELF		DTI	Provided technical and management support to private oil company in their application in UK 24th licensing Round., including formation of a bidding group. The group was awarded ten blocks.

2006	MORROCO ONSHORE	Supex	Cabre Maroc Ltd	Advised Supex in the disposal of it's minority shareholding in Cabre.

	NIGERIA ONSHORE	Equity Energy Limited/Whitehawk Ltd Joint Venture	Sahara Energy Ltd & Eurafric Energy Ltd	Simco identified the opportunity to invest in two "marginal fields". After Simco's detailed technical and economic analysis client entered into agreements with license holders of marginal fields, to invest and act as service contractor.

	DANISH NORTH SEA		DEA	Provided technical and management support to private oil company in their application in Danish 6th licensing Round., including formation of a bidding group. The group was awarded two blocks.

2005	NIGERIA OPL 320			Simco conducted technical reviews and studies on block OPL 320, and conducted a data room exercise to attract farm in partners. Pioneer farmed in for a 51% stake and will act as technical partner in acquiring 3-D seismic and drilling exploration wells.

	NIGERIA OML 109		Tetra Petroleum	Simco successfully found an industry partner, Tetra Petroleum, to join its clients in the further development of an offshore Nigerian exploration and production License. Tetra acts as Service Contractor.

2004	TUNISIA OFFSHORE			Following approaches to selected companies, secured sale of client's stake in Zarat exploration permit and Didon Oilfield in a $25 million cash transaction.
