| EQUATORIAL GUINEA BLOCK H |
Following recent restructuring of the PSC Roc Oil, is interested in farming down it's 37.5% share of the block. The block features a drill-ready mapped prospect with mean unrisked reserves of 166 MMBO and several other promising leads and prospects. The primary target (Aleta) is expected to be drilled in 2010. Overall this represents a high impact exploration opportunity with a very well defined exploration cycle time.

Nigeria May 2009. Exploration/Appraisal opportunity. From within the 191,000 Acres OML 109 License, the "Ejubele Area " has been carved out. This 15,000 acres area contains the Ejubele oilfield which is currently producing from existing facilities. The owners of OML 109 have retained a service provider Tetra Petroleum for this Ejubele Area. Investors are being sought to participate in the drilling of a prospect (Ejubele Southwest) nearby to the Ejubele Oilfield. Ejubele Southwest can be developed as a satellite to to the Ejubele Oilfield and its facilities. |
