INDONESIA

Duyung: 2011. Simco has been retained by West Natuna Exploration Ltd to promote the farmout of their Duyung PSC, in the prolific West Natuna Basin, offshore Indonesia. The project represents a low cost opportunity to participate in the 3D definition and the drilling of attractive oil prospects and to further evaluate an established major gas accumulation in a proven petroleum basin, close to infrastructure. Attractive farmout terms (May 2011) are based on the phased acquisition of interests minimising risk and cost to the farminee. Offer closes 31 August 2011. NIGERIA Oranto Petroleum was awarded OPL 293 in the Nigerian 2007 Licensing Round. Simco have concluded a technical review of the license area, and in early 2008 were mandated to seek farm in partners to join Oranto Petroleum in signing of  a PSC.

NIGERIA

2010 exploration farm in opportunity. OML 109. Pending completion of studies following the drilling of the 4th quarter 2009 West Awodi 1 exploration well Simco, on behalf of the owners of OML 109 Atlas Petroleum and SOGW, is receiving approaches from companies wishing to join in the further exploration of this so-called "JED" part of OML 109( excludes the Ejubele Oilfield area).

EQUATORIAL GUINEA 2010, client Atlas Petroleum has completed 800 sq km 3-D seismic in Block J. Atlas has completed the interpretation of the 3-D seismic and has undertaken detailed AVO analysis. Atlas is seeking farm in partners to participate in the drilling of an exploration well, a dataroom is available at Simco. The PSC has recently been extended to December 2013 and new seismic inversion studies have been commissioned to better define drilling targets. View Brochure

IVORY COAST 2009, Block CI-206 is being offered for farm out for the drilling phase by Oranto Petroleum. The existing 2004 3-D survey is recently been re-evaluated and detail AVO analysis has been undertaken. Data room is available at Simco. An exploration well was spudded on Oranto's adjacent Block CI-205 in September 2011. View Brochure

WEST AFRICA Since 1999, Simco has provided advisory and support services to a private oil company, Atlas Petroleum and it's sister company Oranto Petroleum, in developing its business generally and managing its four exploration licenses in offshore Equatorial Guinea.
